Combine multiple Excel sheets into a single PDF
Need several workbook tabs in one PDF? Use Excel's workbook export and review each sheet's page setup. fitforpdf converts the first worksheet only; it does not combine workbook tabs.
Excel's built-in option: Print Active Sheets
In File → Print, choose "Print Entire Workbook" instead of "Print Active Sheets", then use the PDF output option available on your system. Review the preview and sheet selection: each worksheet has its own page setup, so orientations and margins can differ.
Pre-export consistency checklist
- Review page size, orientation and margins on each sheet you want to include.
- Set Print Titles for each sheet that needs repeated headings.
- Add a unified footer with workbook name + sheet name + page numbers.
- Verify each sheet's print area is set correctly, Page Layout → Print Area → Set.

fitforpdf reads the first worksheet only when you upload an XLSX file. Other tabs are not included. To use its sectioned layout for several tables, save each table as a separate CSV or single-sheet XLSX, convert each file, then combine the resulting PDFs in a separate PDF tool. For an entire workbook with its original formatting, use Excel's PDF export.
